860 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 860 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 860 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies listed on this website, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
The 860 platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with the use of the platform.
860 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the 860 platform, you are required to register and open a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and forfeiture of account balances without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 860 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you are required to notify the 860 support team immediately at [email protected].
860 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time prior to processing withdrawal requests or certain account activities. Users may be required to provide valid identity verification documents.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 860 platform users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or unethical purpose.
- Not to attempt to hack, damage or disrupt the 860 platform's systems, including its servers, databases or technical infrastructure.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Not to share account information with third parties or allow others to use your account.
- Not to engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or good standing of 860.
- Not to use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where necessary. 860 reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any policy violation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
The 860 platform supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian currency, Ringgit Malaysia (RM / MYR). All financial transactions are processed through supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX and selected online banking channels.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details entered are accurate. 860 is not liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed.
Withdrawals are subject to 860's internal security verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 or the amount specified at the time of the request. 860 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Any bonus, promotional credit or reward credited to an account is subject to the specific terms of use set out at the time of issuance. Bonuses that have been used cannot be withdrawn as cash unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
860 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, 860 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, and 860 does not guarantee any outcome or return from any betting activity on this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 860 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 860 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 860.
Third-Party Links
The 860 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 860 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
860 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, platform abuse or a violation of applicable laws. In cases where an account is closed due to a policy breach, 860 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance without compensation.
Users may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 860 support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and the verification process is complete.
Changes to Terms
860 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the 860 platform. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform and these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
